In uncharted waters

Dennis’s Commentary:

Defenders of the current administration often say that it's doing nothing new, certainly nothing Democrat administrations haven't done in the past. So commentators have taken to calling the current situation "uncharted waters" -- I've heard this at least 5 times on the radio or TV recently and it's easy find some headlines using this phrase too.
